What are the dates and times for Sushi-Con 2026?

SUSHI-CON 2026 will take place on Sunday, October 11th, 2026. Entry for Full Day Pass holders begins at 11:00 AM, followed by Half Day Pass entry at 2:00 PM, with the event concluding at 5:00 PM.

This year, we are thrilled to host the event at our brand-new venue: Pier 36 (299 South St, New York, NY 10002)

We offer two tiers of passes for SUSHI-CON 2026, depending on your preferred entry time and schedule:

  • Full Day Pass: $180 — Includes full-day access from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and admission to both Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Shows (12:00 PM & 3:00 PM).
  • Half Day Pass: $120 — Includes late afternoon access from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and admission to the second Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Show at 3:00 PM.

●  All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official website. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

●  Refund requests must be submitted to help@sushicon.com by September 16, 2026. Approved refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original method of payment within 30 days, less a $35 processing fee per ticket. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 16, 2026.

 ●  Tickets are valid only for the pass type selected at the time of purchase (Full-Day or Half-Day) and cannot be used for any other pass type or event.

●   Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no cost for personal, non-commercial use. Tickets may not be resold, or used for advertising or promotional purposes, without the prior written consent of the organizers. Any tickets resold or purchased through unauthorized channels, including resellers or secondary marketplaces (such as StubHub or Vivid Seats), may be canceled without refund. Recipients of transferred tickets are not eligible for refunds.



No, tickets must be purchased in advance. Once tickets are sold out, sales will end.

●  A valid QR code ticket (printed or displayed on a mobile device) is required for entry. Each ticket will be scanned once upon entry.

●  Attendees must be 16 years of age or older. No children or infants will be permitted. Age verification may be requested where the organizers deem necessary.

●  Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue. Please plan accordingly.

●  Some food samples may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or ndercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

●  If you have any food allergies, it is your responsibility to inquire with individual exhibitors about specific ingredients before consuming any samples.

●  By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers, venue staff, or public authorities.

●  For safety and security reasons, large bags, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive by event staff are strictly prohibited.

●   Bag checks may be conducted at the discretion of event staff. Attendees should be prepared for the possibility of inspection and may be refused entry if they possess prohibited items.

●   Attendees acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases and agree to attend at their own risk.

Both ticket holders enjoy unlimited product sampling at over 60 exhibitor booths and access to our spectacular Live Bluefin Tuna Cutting Shows. You can taste a wide variety of premium seafood and artisan products throughout your stay. Please note that exclusive dishes at our restaurant booths are separate and available at an extra cost.

While raw or frozen seafood cannot be taken directly from the venue due to strict food safety and quality controls, you can easily place your orders right at the event! Visitors will receive exclusive, special discounts for home delivery orders placed at the Noble Fresh Cart booth, ensuring your premium ingredients are shipped fresh, straight to your doorstep.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Large bags or purses (maximum size: 12" × 12")
  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol)
  • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons of any kind (e.g., firearms, knives, explosives)
  • Noise-making devices (e.g., air horns, drums, whistles)
  • Compressed gas tanks (helium, nitrous oxide, etc.)
  • Glass containers
  • Fireworks or other explosive materials
  • Animals
  • Flyers, stickers, markers, pens, spray paint, or paint markers
  • Strollers, skateboards, bicycles, or folding/camping chairs

Unfortunately, no. All attendees must be 16 years of age or older. This restriction applies to all children, including infants.

No pets are allowed at the event.

No, we only accept card payments.

Yes. The main event floor at Pier 36 is wheelchair accessible. Attendees with specific accessibility needs can contact help@sushicon.com in advance.

The event will take place both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting.

No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue. Please plan your visit accordingly.

Yes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. Footage may be used for promotional purposes.

No, alcohol will not be served at the event.

Please note, there is NO PARKING on site.
