1. Tickets & Purchase Policy

       All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official website.. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

       Refunds are available for requests submitted to help@sushicon.com by September 16, 2026, less a $35 processing fee per ticket. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser and returned to the original method of payment within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 16, 2026.

 

       Tickets are valid only for the pass type selected at the time of purchase (Full-Day or Half-Day) and cannot be used for any other pass type or event.

       Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no cost for personal, non-commercial use. Tickets may not be resold, or used for advertising or promotional purposes, without the prior written consent of the organizers. Any tickets resold or purchased through unauthorized channels, including resellers or secondary marketplaces (such as StubHub or Vivid Seats), may be canceled without refund. Recipients of transferred tickets are not eligible for refunds.

2. Event Access & Entry

       A valid QR code ticket (printed or displayed on a mobile device) is required for entry. Each ticket will be scanned once upon entry.

       Attendees must be 16 years of age or older. No children or infants will be permitted. Age verification may be requested where the organizers deem necessary.

       Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue. Please plan accordingly.

3. Health & Safety

       Some food samples may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

       If you have any food allergies, it is your responsibility to inquire with individual exhibitors about specific ingredients before consuming any samples.

       By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers, venue staff, or public authorities.

       For safety and security reasons, large bags, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive by event staff are strictly prohibited.

       Bag checks may be conducted at the discretion of event staff. Attendees should be prepared for the possibility of inspection and may be refused entry if they possess prohibited items.

       Attendees acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases and agree to attend at their own risk.

       The venue is wheelchair accessible.

4. Code of Conduct

       All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

       Pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of authorized service animals.

       Photography and video recording are permitted but must not obstruct the experience of others.

5. Photography & Media Use

       By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used by the event organizers for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

6. Liability & Indemnification

       The event organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.

       Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree to indemnify the event organizers from any claims arising from their participation.

7. Event Modifications & Cancellation

       The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event program, lineup, schedule, or featured content at any time without notice. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund.

       In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), ticket holders will be notified, and refunds will be handled as described in Section 8.

8. Force Majeure

       The event organizers, True World Foods, Pier 36, and their respective affiliates and staff shall not be held responsible or liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health crises, strikes, or government regulations.

       If the event is canceled without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each attendee via the original method of payment.

       Except for the refund described above, the organizers shall have no further liability to attendees in connection with any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of the event.
