SUSHI-CON 2025 Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

●       All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official website (www.sushicon.com) or authorized sellers. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

●       All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted.

●       Tickets are valid only for the specific date(s) selected at the time of purchase and cannot be used for any other date or event.

●       Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for advertising or promotional purposes without the prior written consent of the organizers. Any tickets purchased through unauthorized channels, including resellers or secondary marketplaces, may be canceled without refund.

2. Event Access & Entry

●       Attendees must be 16 years of age or older. No children or infants will be permitted. The event organizers may check identification to verify age.

●       Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue. Please plan accordingly.

3. Health & Safety

●       Some food samples may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

●       If you have any food allergies, it is your responsibility to inquire with individual exhibitors about specific ingredients before consuming any samples.

●       By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the event organizers, venue staff, or public authorities.

●       For safety and security reasons, large bags, weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed dangerous or disruptive by event staff are strictly prohibited.

●       Bag checks may be conducted at the discretion of event staff. Attendees should be prepared for the possibility of inspection and may be refused entry if they possess prohibited items.

●       Attendees acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases and agree to attend at their own risk.

●       The venue is wheelchair accessible.

4. Code of Conduct

●       All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner. Any inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

●       Pets are not allowed at the event, with the exception of authorized service animals.

●       Photography and video recording are permitted but must not obstruct the experience of others.

5. Photography & Media Use

●       By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used by the event organizers for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.

6. Liability & Indemnification

●       TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EVENT ORGANIZERS AND THE FACILITY OWNER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS, ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING THE EVENT.

●       TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTENDEES ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE EVENT ORGANIZERS AND THE FACILITY OWNER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION.

7. Event Modifications & Cancellation

●       The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the event, including scheduled activities, exhibitors, or speakers, without prior notice.

●       In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies), ticket holders will be notified of rescheduled dates or alternate arrangements.

8. Force Majeure

●       The event organizers shall not be held responsible or liable for delays or cancellations due to causes beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health crises, strikes, or government regulations.

9. Marketing & Data Use

 

●       You consent to receive marketing emails (e.g., promotions, event announcements) from Sushi-Con, Noble Fresh Cart, and True World Foods at the email address you provided. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those emails. You also consent to the collection and use of your personal data (e.g., name, email address, company name) for purposes related to event administration, customer support, marketing communications, and analytics. Your information will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with authorized event partners as necessary to fulfill these purposes.
