Return Policy

●       All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official website.. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

●       Refunds are available for requests submitted to help@sushicon.com by September 11, 2026, less a $35 processing fee per ticket. Refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser and returned to the original method of payment within 30 days. No refunds will be issued for requests received after September 11, 2026.

 

●       Tickets are valid only for the pass type selected at the time of purchase (Full-Day or Half-Day) and cannot be used for any other pass type or event.

●       Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no cost for personal, non-commercial use. Tickets may not be resold, or used for advertising or promotional purposes, without the prior written consent of the organizers. Any tickets resold or purchased through unauthorized channels, including resellers or secondary marketplaces (such as StubHub or Vivid Seats), may be canceled without refund. Recipients of transferred tickets are not eligible for refunds.
